A large plastic packaging company with multiple manufacturing locations has an outstanding opportunity available for a National Account Manager. The position is remote and can be located anywhere in the Midwest or Southeast. This position will be involved in key account management and national account management. This position offers a very competitive base salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and manage growth.
- Negotiate and finalize new contracts.
- Building new relationships in the packaging industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Must have seven plus years of sales experience in the plastics or food packaging industry.
- Experience selling to the food industry is a must.
- A solid track record of sales success is a must.
- Excellent communication and listening skills are required.
- Experience in plastic injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, blown film, plastic containers or blow molded bottles would be a plus.
