Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young children. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and help shape their future.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in the classroom
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom

Experience:
- Experience working with children in a classroom, daycare, or similar setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Understanding of special education needs in early childhood education is a plus
- Previous experience in babysitting, student tutoring, infant care, or nannying is beneficial

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
