Midnight Blue Technology Services is Hiring a Customer Success Manager Near Pittsburgh, PA

Do you want to work for a growing MSP with a variety of clients daily? Are you looking for a small and supportive team environment with room for growth? Midnight Blue is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will manage the technical relationship with clients and align technology solutions with their business objectives. This is an on-site opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.

We’ll Provide:

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a solid understanding of all Midnight Blue’s services and offerings
  • Perform required technical research and due diligence on hardware and software solutions as they pertain to the clients’ technology needs
  • Communicate regularly with the team and clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
  • Understand short and long-term client goals and objectives as they relate to their IT needs
  • Manage contract renewals and the overall recurring revenue health of the team
  • Provide technical guidance/recommendations to customers to enhance their overall security posture within the managed products
  • Establish a long term and sustainable relationship with clients
  • Proactively monitor technical issues and make recommendations to reduce the risk/impact of similar future problems

Skills you’ll need:

  • 5 years of experience in a customer success role
  • Excellent communications skills and client facing communication experience such as reporting issues to customer in a timely manner, demonstrating expertise of the overall business unit, developing presentations to highlight results and solutions, etc.
  • Team player with ability to work autonomously
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the company
