Midnight Oil (moagency.com), strategically located in "the heart of Hollywood" in Burbank, CA, is an extraordinary creative, and specialty print production partner to the majority of theatrical and streaming studios, with relationships often measured in terms of decades, not years. We uniquely and conveniently combine our Studio and Print Production capabilities all under one roof in our 120,000 square feet facility, with an Amtrak stop and the Burbank Airport directly across the street. Position Summary: The Project Manager manages multiple projects and facilitates the production of Home Entertainment prepress files to meet client objectives, ensuring the integrity of files delivered.

Work Location: Onsite at our Burbank, CA office.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client communication and tactical aspects of multiple
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to supervisor or account team (Account Services, CM, Premedia Leads, production artists) that may affect performance, relationships, deliverables, quality and job cost.
• Job entry and upkeep of records of work performed, utilizing internal job tickets and tracking systems as
• Adhere to job schedule and deadlines, supporting the Creative Campaign Manager in regard to campaign/project
• Coordinate the preflight, production, output and approval of
• Coordinate with the Color Lead for color/finishing
• Perform various upload and download
• Maintain template consistency and file quality for print and electronic
• Follow company Security Policy and asset management
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in a project management or print production discipline
• Agency and/or Entertainment industry experience desired

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has an acquired knowledge base of the client’s likes and dislikes
• Excellent project coordination skills
• Well versed in premedia process for home
• Proactive approach to identify and solve problems before they arise
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team environment
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Could and job tracking systems

The national pay range for this role is $70-90,000/year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
