Midnight Society is a AAA game development studio building the world's first Vertical Extraction Shooter, DEADROP.

We are looking for a skilled Visual Designer with a passion for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will play a pivotal role in creating digital marketing materials for our website, game store and all promotional materials.
In this role you will

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers and UI Artists to conceptualize and execute on the development of visually engaging marketing materials. Including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, email newsletters, website assets, print collateral and merchandise.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines and standards.
• Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for design concepts, leveraging your experience and understanding of design principles to create impactful and effective visual solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess

• Ability to ideate and illustrate via 2D/3D sketching
• Unreal experience (level sequencer etc.)
• Proficient in 3D rendering (Blender etc.)
• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, preferably in the Video Game Industry.
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas visually and verbally.
