Midtown Technology Group is Hiring a Sr Support Engineer Near Indianapolis, IN
Job DescriptionMidtown is seeking a technically skilled individual with excellent problem-solving abilities. This position would be expected to display outstanding interpersonal skills as they will interact with clients to fully understand their challenges and implement solutions to drive resolution. The scope of service for this position will primarily be working from Midtown Technology Group’s central office located in Indianapolis, however client onsite visits may be required (average distance ~20 miles).

Midtown Technology Group is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) located in Indianapolis, Indiana, specializing in the dental / medical field(s). Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Configuring and installing workstations and peripherals.
- Troubleshooting network and local printing / associated protocols.
- Troubleshooting wired and wireless networking infrastructures.
- Troubleshooting / manage domain and workgroup environments.
- Troubleshooting / manage changes in ADUC / Group Policy.
- Troubleshooting / manage changes in MS Office / Office365 environments.
- Troubleshooting / manage changes in Windows Server environments.
- Position may be included in on-call rotation.
- Position may be required to commute to client facilities as needed.
- Associate degree in an IT field. Related work experience considered in lieu of education.
- 3-5 years of experience in helpdesk environments.
- Strong networking / server troubleshooting experience.
- Prior experience with remote troubleshooting and associated tools.
- Prior experience supporting medical / dental fields desired.
- Prior experience with MSPs desired.
- CompTIA A desired
- CompTIA Network desired
