Midway Nissan is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our customer service team as a CSI / Customer Service Coordinator. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for serving customers.
MONDAY-SATURDAY 10-7 or 11-8

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
• Service appointment scheduling for customers over the phone and in person.
• Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
• Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
• Maintain office supplies for specific location

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
