Midwest Clinical Resource allows employees to work on a casual or full-time status. Full-time status is earned and comes with extra benefits, such as insurance benefits and PTO. By allowing a flexible work environment, our employees can enjoy and create the life they want by working as much or as little as they would like to, on condition that they maintain the minimum requirement of working 3 shifts per month. Positions come with weekly pay, plus the opportunity for instant pay through Rain, to bridge the gap between paydays for your convenience. Position wages range based on experience and the position you are applying for. We also offer an opportunity for holiday pay, shift bonuses, and referral bonuses. With our partnership with North Shore, there is also an opportunity to become a part-time or full-time permanent employee at one of our facilities.
