At Midwest Connect/Rocky Mountain Mail Services, the Mail Processor is responsible for assisting with all aspects of mail operations at our sorting facility in Denver, Colorado. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2 pm-8 pm

Responsibilities:

• Sorting and processing customer mail, both incoming and outgoing
• Preparing mail to be delivered by route drivers and/or to the post office
• Receiving, sorting, and processing customer packages for shipping, including packing, lifting, weighing, and labeling
• Operating general office equipment, including but not limited to: copiers, printers, address printers, tabbing machines, document folders, document inserting, and postage meters
• Traveling directed routes to deliver and/or collect mail from customers
• Assisting with end of day paperwork, reports, and other administrative duties as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment through routine housekeeping
• Supporting the front counter by greeting and assisting customers as needed
• Working closely with the team to complete any and all tasks involved in mailing and sorting

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Adhere to the company dress code (e.g. company apparel, professional appearance)
• Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)
