Midwest Construction, Concrete & GC in the Ann Arbor/Saline area of Michigan, is looking for highly skilled and dependable Concrete Lead Finishers.

Primary Skills and Specifications:

Primary Skills and Specifications:
- Tear-out, forming, grading, pouring, finishing, stamped, and exposing aggregate concrete. Masonry knowledge is a PLUS!
- Attention to detail is a must as you'll be monitoring for errors and defects that may compromise the product's quality and final appearance.
- Superior dexterity with good hand-eye coordination.
- Perform comprehensive inspections to ensure everything meets the required standards before reaching the client.
- Expertise in formwork, rebar installation, and multiple concrete finishing techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and find effective solutions quickly to prevent delays in upholding the product's integrity.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in commercial and residential concrete work (must be highly skilled)
- Must submit required documentation: W-9 Form and I.D.
You Must Have:
- Employment Authorization Documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds is Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ensure proper use of equipment, maintain an inventory of materials, and oversee your job site. Keep tools, materials, trailers, and trucks clean and organized daily.
- Valid Driver License.
