Midwest Construction is Hiring a Crew Leader - Concrete Near Saline, MI

CONCRETE CREW LEADER WITH CDL LICENSE

Midwest Construction, Concrete & GC in the Ann Arbor/Saline area of Michigan, is looking for highly skilled and dependable talent to join our growing team in the Supervisory role of Crew Leader.

Primary Skills and Specifications:

Assist with all aspects of hands-on tasks, while overseeing the work of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency. You will help to ensure operational success and keep projects running smoothly from inception to completion.
Carries out assignments and tasks related to the layout, excavation, formwork, reinforcement installation, concrete placement, finishing, curing, and cutting.
You are an expert in formwork, rebar installation, and multiple concrete finishing techniques.
Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work.

Qualifications:

CDL License
2 years of experience in commercial and residential concrete work (must be highly skilled)
Must submit required documentation: W-9 Form and I.D.

You Must Have:

Driver License.
Employment Authorization Documentation.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
You ensure proper use of equipment, maintain an inventory of materials, and oversee your job site. Keep tools, materials, trailers, and trucks clean and organized daily.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds are key.
