**Dental Assistant/Patient Service Representative**

Midwest Dental is now part of the Smile Brands family!

office in Wauwatosa, WI.

**Responsibilities**

Youll be an important member of the clinical and front office teams, working alongside our talented doctors dedicated to serving patients. Youll be supporting many sides of the practice, including greeting and guiding patients, and managing schedules and financial commitments associated with patient care. Youll also be:

**Dental Assisting Duties:**

* Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures

* Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

* Improving oral health, solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every day

**Patient Service Representative Duties:**

* Verifying and collecting insurance coverage information

* Assisting with financial arrangements for their treatment

* Booking appointments, answering general questions, and other associated support

**Qualifications**

* A minimum of 1-2 related experience

* Any required state specific licenses or certifications

* Knowledge of dental terminology

* Strong customer service and communication skills
