$35 per hour, based on experience

Are you a Drywall Journeyman Finisher with a knack for leadership and a passion for flawless finishes?

We're seeking an experienced individual who can juggle multiple projects with finesse and lead teams to success. If you thrive on solving any drywall challenge that comes your way, we want you on our team!

Key Requirements:

Experience: 6 years minimum of specialized drywall finishing, including all texture levels.
Project Management: Proven background in effectively managing multiple projects at once.
Leadership: Experience supervising and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle and resolve any drywall-related issue with creativity and efficiency.
Local Travel: A willingness to travel throughout San Diego County. A company vehicle may be offered early in this role!
Bilingual Abilities: Speaking Spanish is a big plus.
