Midwest ENT & ALLERGY physician practice searching for Clerical Team Lead/Supervisor to assist in the oversite of clerical team while ensuring great customer service to our patients. This position offers a wide variety of duties including overseeing workflows, scheduling, front desk and medical records. At least three years of experience in a physician office preferred along with experience in a team lead/supervisory role. Excellent communication skills and customer service qualities are a must.
