Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in a medical administrative support and possess knowledge of medical terminology and patient service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays

- Maintain electronic health records in a timely fashion
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using office systems and phone systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient service best practices
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
