Accounts Receivable Specialist
Full-Time/Non-Exempt

We are actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist that can maintain and develop existing customer relationships through quality service and support of their needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Create invoices in system
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information for invoices
- Respond to customer questions promptly
- Ability to work in a very fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Passion for learning and growing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adhere to laws and confidentiality guidelines
- Proficient and active in Office 365 or Office Suite
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent math ability
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Minimum 5 or more years’ experience in Accounts Receivable position, including billing, collections, and customer service
- 2- or 4-year Accounting Degree preferred
- Experience working with construction/progress billing a plus
