We are also Marquette County’s only skilled nursing provider. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, comprehensive and effective long-term and short- term clinical support to the elderly and those with long-term disabilities requiring skilled day-to- day nursing care.
We are looking to hire LPN's who are wanting to join a team of caring staff that provide exceptional services, in a soothing and healing setting where not only our residents but staff will always feel valued, cared for, supported, appreciated and respected. As a LPN in at Montello Care Center, you will work alongside our skilled and dedicated team of RNs, CNAs and other professionals, during a selection of work hours across three shifts. This is a full-time role that requires the ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 30lbs frequently.

To apply you will need the following:
- A current Licensed Practicing Nurse Certification through the State of WI
- Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
- Basic Computer Skills
- The ability to think and work with a team as well as independently with direction from a team leader or manager while always maintaining efficient and consistent communications.
- Must also have excellent oral communication skills when speaking with other professionals, our residents and their families.
- Can endure high pressure situations in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment and keep a calm, professional demeanor throughout a variety of situations.
- A Valid Wi Driver’s License
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Empathetic and compassionate bedside manor
- A willingness to learn
- Be punctual, and willing to help where needed.
- You must also pass a caregiver background check
