Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,625
  • 65 CPM with an average of 2,500 miles weekly
  • Paid for all miles loaded or deadhead/empty. PC is excluded
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus
  • Driver referral bonus of $500
  • Inspection bonus
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Minimum Home Weekly
  • Typically throughout the week, weekends are not guaranteed
  • Options for 2 weeks out if desired
• Hauling mainly in the Midwest Region
• FTL - No LTL or partials
• Departing from our MTI Greenup IL Terminal
• All MTI Terminals are in-house Maintenance Terminals (Shop)
• Level of Touch: Load and unload

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Safety Conscious MVR
• Responsive and Communicative
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• Tanker endorsement beneficial
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 120 miles or a 2 hour commute maximum from Greenup, IL or be willing to relocate for this position.
