MIG RV and Marine is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!

What You’ll Do:

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Communicate with potential customers via phone, email, text using CRM systems
• Close sales effectively by working closely with Sales Manager

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required,
• 2 years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred but not required
• Must be able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license

Compensation

This position is a 100% commission-based role. The variable compensation estimated annual range is anywhere from $50,000 - $150,000 . Salespersons are paid a weekly draw and then a commission check on the 15th of the following month. No cap potential!
