MiHome Systems is looking for a Project Lead - AV Installation to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is experienced in planning and execution of custom smart home technology projects. Duties will include planning, designing, executing, and monitoring every aspect of a specific project. This individual must be familiar with installing high-end custom smart home technology and electronics, is committed to providing an excellent customer experience, and will be able to hit the ground running.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties:

• Work directly with leadership and clients to identify project requirements, timelines, and cost to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress and communicate status to appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate documentation and acquiring appropriate change approval.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with other contractors.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, within scope and budget.
• Task delegation, mentor less experienced team members, and work alongside team members to complete a project.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Details:

• May be required to walk/sit/stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• May be required to work unpredictable hours in emergencies and on-call hours
• Some travel required both in Michigan and out of state
