**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home health office Manager to lead our home care team and oversee the daily operations of our retirement home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, management, and social work, with a focus on long-term care and memory care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the agency office .
- Manage a team of caregivers, nurses, and other staff members to provide comprehensive home care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and address the needs of residents.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Foster a positive and supportive home community, encouraging socialization and community engagement among residents.
- Monitor and manage the home's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet the needs of residents.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members to ensure that they are equipped to provide the highest level of care.
**Experience:**
- 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a retirement home, nursing home, or long-term care setting.
- Proven experience in managing a team of caregivers, nurses, or other healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of home care and long-term care regulations and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Experience in working with social workers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and address the needs of residents.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, or a related field.
