A successful State Farm Insurance Agent looking to hire an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public.

An intelligent person who can lead a team, multitask under pressure, and desires a high-income potential! Someone that aspires to maybe someday run their own business and be looked at as an advisor in the community! The Account Associate- State Farm Agent Team Member position, helps in developing business leadership skills, as well as sales and marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new leads, quote prospects, and schedule appointments
• Identify coverage gaps, and market appropriate products & services to customers.
• Make insurance proposals to potential clients. (In-person & on the phone)
• Establish relationships, and follow up with potential clients
• Work with the agent to establish and meet call / sales goals
• Inbound calls & outbound calling; including cold calls to potential clients

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office programs (word, excel)
