Duties:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, addressing their needs and preferences with a smile.
- Take orders and manage tables effectively, ensuring all guests receive their food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent guest services and relations, responding promptly to any concerns or issues.
- Utilize Toast POS to manage orders and track tables.
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate billings and change handling.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, adhering to restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is essential.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus.
- A commitment to providing exceptional guest services and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
