Mike’s Westside Rental with locations in Weatherford, Stephenville, and Azle. We are an Equipment & Tool Rental company with a rapidly growing Outdoor Power Equipment division. Our OPE division is a full line dealer for SCAG Zero Turn Mowers, Echo Power Equipment, and Toro Residential & Commercial Mowers. We sell, repair, and offer parts for all three brands at each of our locations. We only work on the brands we sell.

We are looking to add to our Management Team at our Azle location.

Responsibilities include:

Must have equipment rental experience and knowledge

Operating, maintaining, and growing all aspects of the Equipment & Tool rental division.

Operating, maintaining, and growing all aspects of the Outdoor Power Equipment sales division.

Development of new and maintaining of current customer relationships.

Provide guidance and technical support to the customer before, during, and after the rental and/or sale.

Provide guidance and technical support to all staff.

Proficiency of the Point of Rental software system.

Maintain and improve showroom and warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Execute other directives associated with improving customer service, quality, and operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in the Equipment Rental industry

Confident, self-motivated person that is customer-oriented with outstanding communication skills

Broad rental equipment and rental items knowledge

Strong computer and data entry skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work/sales environment

Reliable transportation

Sense of urgency

Attention to detail

Able to adjust to quickly changing priorities

Working on Saturdays
