Collision Center Coordinator:
The role of a Collision Center Coordinator is to respond effectively to all incoming, phone-sourced service inquiries that come to the center. The goal is to generate a response, answer any questions the customer may have, and set an appointment if necessary. This position is to be the first voice of the Nourse Collision Center, therefore applicants must have an energetic, customer service driven personality.
The Coordinator will schedule appointments for our collision center by working closely with customers and management. Clear communication is extremely important in this role. In addition to scheduling appointments, the Coordinator will provide detailed status updates to insurance vendors regarding vehicles in process. The Coordinator will maintain relationships with our customers and vendors by conducting follow-up calls to ensure quality and continuity throughout all interactions. This job is fast-paced and requires a tenacious attitude!

• Call center experience helpful, but not required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Automotive experience preferred
• Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
• Professional work ethic and appearance
• Stable work history required
• Excellent verbal communication skills must speak clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to attendance policies and scheduling requirements which include evenings and weekends
• Proficient with basic computer applications
• Outgoing and friendly personality not easily intimidated, ability to handle customer rejection
• Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and diverse environment
