Automotive Product Specialist

Mike Toler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is seeking Product Specialists for our growing sales department. We are a locally owned dealership that prides itself in providing the best possible sales experience for our customers.

We are looking for motivated and friendly individuals who are seeking an opportunity to increase their earnings potential and be a part of our successful team.

We will provide all training. The work week consists of five eight hour days (includes Saturday).

Hourly rate will be:

$12.00 for the first 30 days

$15.00 for the next 30 days

$17.00 after 60 days and completion of required certification

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers. Collect customer information
• Listen to customers’ wants and needs and assist them in selecting a vehicle
• Perform vehicle walk arounds and vehicle test drives
• Be an expert in our brand offerings and be able to explain all the benefits and features
• Complete all training required for certification
• Assist with other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Enjoy working with people
• Computer and organization skills

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid NC driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• People and communication skills along with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
• Be genuinely interested in assisting our customers
