Job Summary:

Personal Injury Law firm., we are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing administrative support to attorneys.

Duties:

- Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation cases
- Conduct legal research on case-specific issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Maintain case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Assist in trial preparation and attend court hearings when necessary

Skills:

- Proficient in legal terminology and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of personal injury law is a plus
- Ability to draft contracts and other legal documents accurately
- Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
