What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Milcarsky's Appliance Centre?
We are looking for a person who exemplifies a high level of professionalism for our Designer Showroom. This person will be the first impression of our company. They need to balance and prioritize the needs of our customers along with Administrative responsibilities, so that the Kitchen Design experience for a customer is a positive one.
The following are some of the duties:
· Greet and engage in conversation with our Customers, Builders, Decorators, and Vendor Reps
· Properly direct a customer to the appropriate Salesperson
· Answer incoming calls and appropriately direct the caller to the right person or department
· Have Computer skills in Excel, Microsoft Word and the ability to learn new software
· Assist the Sales Team with light data entry
· Receive incoming mail and packages
· Help maintain the integrity of the Showroom
· Maintain a Professional Dress Code and appearance at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
