Milemarkers is looking to add a self-motivated, driven team player to join our team! The right person will have 2-4 years of upper level management experience managing over multiple teams. We are looking for the right person to help us take our organization to the next level.

This position is responsible for providing oversight of the three DCS Programs; Family Connections, Nurturing Parenting, and Supervised Visitation overall operations while improving efficiency and increasing profitability of the DCS departments.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-4 years management experience managing multiple teams preferred
• Experience maintaining and expanding government contracts is preferred
• Driver’s license free of any DUI’s
• Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to start and foster relationships

This position is full-time, in office, based in Lake Havasu City with weekly travel required to Kingman and Bullhead City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
