Duties & Responsibilities - Staffing and Development:

• Lead recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team

• Drive membership and personal training sales to achieve revenue goals

• Maintain cleanliness, value, and member satisfaction within the fitness center

Duties & Responsibilities - Club Administration:

• Set and communicate financial goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide motivation and guidance to staff

• Handle member service matters and resolve issues promptly and effectively

• Monitor facility maintenance needs and ensure operational procedures are followed

Duties & Responsibilities - Sell and Conduct Memberships and Personal Training:

• Work directly with members to promote personal training and supplements

• Ensure accurate administration of member programs and workout sessions

• Achieve monthly revenue objectives through effective sales strategies

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques and fitness center operations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of health/fitness employment experience

• Minimum 1 year of health/fitness center management experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience in management/employee relations and sales - preferred
