Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Market Manager in North Carolina. The Market Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities in the North Carolina market. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing relationships with distributors and retailers, but most importantly driving brand awareness and sales growth. The Market Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing in the alcohol beverage industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
• Experience managing relationships with distributors and retailers
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely 4 days in the field
• Experience in leading and motivating a sales team
