About the Role

As a Receptionist - Pediatric Clinic Facilitator, you'll be the face of our practice, managing tasks at the front desk and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling: Handle all scheduling matters efficiently.
• Patient Interaction: Manage patient registration, check-out, and co-pay processing.
• Communication: Prioritize and handle telephone communication, responding to patient questions and inquiries.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete daily reports, manage referrals and authorizations, and address billing or financial inquiries.

What We’re Looking For

• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in keyboarding and data entry.
• Scheduling Knowledge: Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• Education: An associate degree from an accredited college is preferred.
