Seeking A Skilled Field Service Mechanic needed for repairing and maintaining crushing and conveying equipment for a fast growing, family-owned company in Florida!
- Strong mechanical background and problem-solving skills
- On-site service, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance
- Maintain records of time, parts, supplies, purchases
- Professional communication with customers, colleagues
- Diagnostic inspections, timely issue resolutions
- Enforce company policies, maintain morale, customer relations
- Diagnose, repair, test equipment, maintain cleanliness, safety
- Maintain accurate service records, complete reports
- Effective communication, offer guidance on equipment usage, maintenance
- Respectful communication with co-workers, follow safety protocols, stay updated on industry trends

- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and repairing complex equipment issues
- Physical exertion required for performing occupational tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Long periods of standing and crawling in small spaces may be necessary
- Long driving periods for traveling to customer sites
- Field-based role with regular travel to customer sites
- Exposure to outdoor working conditions with varying weather and terrain
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
