Military Technical Recruiting is Hiring a Field Service Technician (Local Travel) Rapid City, SD Near Rapid, SD
Field service tech to provide contracted services to industrial laundry, kitchen, housekeeping, food safety, and sanitation departments. Duties include:
- Communicate proposals and build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Survey, install, maintain and repair Dosing and Dispensing platforms and Dish Machines on lease at customer sites
- Properly train End-Users on products, cleaning procedures, and safe equipment use to ensure best results in cleaning and sanitation
- Visit customers per service plans and maintain our existent dosing equipment platforms in working conditions
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems or conditions driving poor results/customer complaints
- Repair dishwasher machines and Dosing and Dispensing Equipment following priorities agreed on the service agreements
- Basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience
- Industrial equipment / mechanical problem solving (technical experience in Hospitality or commercial kitchens is a PLUS)
- Possess a valid US Driver’s License with a good driving record and the ability to drive for extended periods
- Experience maintaining industrial equipment and problem solving (especially electrical)
- Comprehensive benefits package / coverage begins on the first day
