We are currently seeking a Lactose Operator to join the Norfolk, NE team. The shift available is Days, 6am-6pm, with every other weekend off.

Pay: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in the lactose area in an efficient and productive manner.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow set production schedules closely.
• Consistently monitor product quality and effectively communicate any issues.
• Work closely with the Packaging Department to ensure completion of samples, providing coverage, and redirection as necessary.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (dairy/wet processing preferred)
• Previous machine operator experience or equivalent skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Licensed forklift operator or willingness to learn.
