Founded in 2015, Milkshake Concepts is an experiential hospitality group redefining the industry with multifaceted restaurants and nightlife. Based in Dallas, the group’s current brands include Vidorra, The Finch, STIRR, Harper’s, Dirty Bones, Saaya, Serious Eats and Serious Pizza with 15 total locations across the DFW and Nashville metroplexes. We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strategic mind, strong drive, and a heart for excellent hospitality to lead marketing efforts across all DFW locations.

This is a full-time in-person role at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX reporting to the Director of Marketing.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience working in marketing, preferably with hospitality brands including restaurants, nightlife, and/or entertainment
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of expertise
• Ability to work occasional holidays and weekends to support key promotional events
• Experience with Canva, email marketing platforms, web design, and OpenTable a plus

Responsibilities

• Defines and brings to life annual promotional calendar to drive traffic and sales
• Day to day lead for regional agency partners including PR, reputation management, printing, and property management companies providing strategic direction to develop best in class marketing
• Manages all website content and updates
• Leads strategy for LSM and grassroots marketing tactics and implementation.
• Directs communication of marketing promotions through action plans across corporate departments and in-store teams
• Stewards regional marketing budget, allocating spend and negotiating best rates.
• Consistently monitors sales performance and results to assess success/failure of marketing strategies and tactics
• Leverages local PR agency to secure media partners including radio, TV, print, and digital
• Collaborates with ops leads and LBW partners to develop marketing activations and support
• Submits creative briefs to graphic designers for creation of marketing collateral including in-store signage, print and digital advertisements, social graphics, and menus
• Executes marketing tactics for New Store Openings, VIP Events and activation plans
• Manages all donation requests, vetting appropriate opportunities and working with local stores to ensure deliverables
• Attends offsite events as needed as brand ambassador and assists in set up and breakdown
• Lead ad strategy for 3rd Party Delivery platforms
• Crafts all creative briefs for design team and submits design for approval to Director of Marketing
