We are looking for a responsible individual to be trained as a Plant Maintenance Person.
This is an opportunity for a great career with NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - we will train you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in maintenance of HVAC rooftop units and refrigeration appliances.
- Assists with plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting and related projects.
- Assists with basic installations of electrical conduits, wiring, cables and other equipment.
- Helps maintain and repair production machines when required.
- Assembles workbenches, chairs and furniture.
- Maintains exterior areas of the building and property including snow removal operations.
- High School Diploma.
- Familiarity with the use of various power and hand tools including saws, drills, screw guns, nail guns and similar tools.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills in maintenance.
- Mechanical aptitude and skill in the use of electrical and mechanical tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reports to Department Manager
- Full-Time Hourly Employee
- First Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
