Job Description: As a Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the Quality Management Systems. This includes being the IATF Management Representative that is on-site for customer audits and 3rd party accreditation audits, and the IATF lead auditor. You will be responsible for maintaining, completing, and documenting internal audits as well as facilitating supplier development and second party audits. You will be expected to maintain good relationships with all Mill Steel production facilities, facilitate management review, be the corrective action expert, identify when a corrective action is needed, manage and improve the EASE software, facilitate continual improvement projects corporately, and promote the quality management system throughout the organization.
