- Responsible for compiling time and attendance information
- Entering payroll
- Data Entry
- Calculating timesheets
- Researching claims and verifying payments
- Compiling job folders/gathering documents
- Comfortable working in team environment
- Able to receive instruction and follow procedure
- Process confidential internal documents including P/R information
- Accurately calculate, input, review, and process vendor documentation
- Help managers with other tasks as needed
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Overtime will be required during certain project events
- Dependable
- Adaptable/Flexible
- Detail-oriented
- Team player
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
- Staffing industry experience a plus

- Must have reliable transportation to work site

- One year of accounting/payroll experience preferred
