Responsible for compiling time and attendance information
Entering payroll
Data Entry
Calculating timesheets
Researching claims and verifying payments
Compiling job folders/gathering documents
REQUIREMENTS:
Comfortable working in team environment
Able to receive instruction and follow procedure
Process confidential internal documents including P/R information
Accurately calculate, input, review, and process vendor documentation
Help managers with other tasks as needed
Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
Must be competent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Overtime will be required during certain project events

Compensation: $32,760 - $37,400 Benefits: Health, vision and dental. 401k w/ 3% match. PTO and Holidays Other Requirements.
Must have reliable transportation to work site
Must have valid Drivers License
One year of accounting/payroll experience preferred
