Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Facility Administrator overseeing a large-scale Government contract. Qualified candidates will have outstanding communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a strong team player attitude. Based in Hines, IL, this role involves overseeing crucial aspects of human resource management, ensuring policy compliance, managing on-board and off-board processes, conducting mandatory training, overseeing orientation for contract personnel, and maintaining quality control of service delivery. This individual will be required to work Monday through Friday. Two shifts available, 6:30a-3p and 3:30p-12a.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience demonstrating on-site managerial supervision, leadership of teams exceeding 50 personnel, project management proficiency, and strong human resource knowledge.
• Six Sigma Certification at or above the Green Belt and/or Project Management Certification (PMP) required.
• Ability to manage and oversee large programs a must.
