LOUIS, MO.HIGH CONCENTRATION OF CASES IN URBAN AREA**FREE training and help desk available daily**QUALIFICATIONS:*Property Inspection experience is REQUIRED.*General construction knowledge*Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training*Must pass Background Check and Drug Screening*Smart Phone required*Dependable vehicle neededDUTIES:*Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory.*Time service deadline, 15-20 days.*Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system.GENERAL INFORMATION:*Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor.*Fee ranges from $15.00-$18.00 per inspection. Located in urban area, up to 4-6 per hour (high concentration of cases)*Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses, and taxes.
