RT(R) Job Summary

• Provide Radiology Technologist skills in using X-ray/Fluoroscope (C-Arm) and/or MRI equipment to produce musculoskeletal images for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal complaints. (Back, Neck, Joints)
• Work with Physicians of Deuk Spine Institute and Surgery Center of Viera in delivering Fluoroscopic guidance for injections and procedures, portable X-ray or MRI imaging of patients.
• Ready room for procedures and/or scans.
• Clean exam/procedure rooms when necessary, maintain radiological inventory, dosimeter monitoring and timely submission of badges.
• Follow ARRT and IAC guidelines in delivery radiological treatments.
• Florida Radiology Technologist licensure is a must. C-Arm and X-ray experience preferred.
• MRI experience a plus and additional training is available.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

ARRT-RT(R) Required

BLS-Basic Life Support required.

Must maintain the renewals for clinical certification and complete the continuing education curriculums as required.
