What you'll do
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders in the area of Logistics by assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
- Identify training and development needs for Logistics associates within assigned building; lead the hiring, coaching, and evaluation of associates.
- Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies and procedures; monitor associate compliance to policies and procedures; distribute and maintain documentation related to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that all shifts follow OSHA laws and best practices.
- Communicate with production, shipping, warehouse, or delivery personnel professionally.
What you'll bring

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Should possess strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (as warranted).
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to abide by all company practices and procedures.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to maintain great attendance and tardy record.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not a requirement.
