Principal Responsibilities
- Effectively collaborate with Commodities MO & Ops teams in gathering requirements and creating technical specifications in coordination with Technology teams.
- Manage the inventory and prioritization of initiatives and system/workflow enhancements
- Manage documentation structure of critical MO & Ops workflows/artifacts and liaise with related teams in maintenance
- Min 5 years of technical project management/business analyst experience at a Commodities trading house
- Strong experience with technology infrastructure and systems data flows
- Strong powerpoint/project management software experience
- Demonstrated experience in workflow automation and process improvement
- Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work
- Independent worker with a strong ability to collaborate across teams
- Able to prioritize and deliver in a fast moving, high pressure, dynamic environment
