- Independently plans and performs experiments that support sustaining engineering, new product development or technology feasibility testing.
- Participates in Equipment and Test Method validations at the direction of the TMD/V&V group.
- Assists in the planning and execution of testing.
- Maintains documentation per GDP
- Reports results to project stakeholders and prepares technical reports.
- Serves as a technical expert regarding laboratory instrumentation, including but not limited to, robotic
- workstations, automated analysis instrumentation, and general laboratory equipment.
- 7 Maintains good laboratory practices (GLP) consistent with MDS product development objectives and regulatory guidelines.
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)o
- Must follow all client housekeeping policies and procedures
- 11.Must follow all client safety policies and procedure
- Minimum Education/Experience: AS degree in a scientific discipline with 1 year laboratory experience, or BS degree in a scientific discipline
- Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills required
- Must be proficient in English with the ability to read, write, analyze/evaluate charts, follow simple diagrams and perform basic arithmetic
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required
