DescriptionAs a member of the US MPS Marketing Communications function, the Marketing Communications Intern provides administrative and project coordination support to the US Marketing Communications team. This position is responsible for routine and non-routine activities such as data entry, project coordination and general administrative support for department. This individual is expected to work independently, taking routine direction and prioritizing requests from multiple managers. Minimum of 1 years of experience focused in project administrative support. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. Proven experience at working with multiple levels. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required Practical, detail oriented, flexible and dedicated team player that is capable of working independently. Exercises good judgment in completing tasks on time. Excellent communication skills, high sense of urgency and is highly accountable. Demonstrated the ability to work independently and manage projects from creation through implementation and evaluation. Ability to work in a matrix environment. Strong verbal and communication skills. Self starter, works with minimal supervision. Fast learner, able to quickly understand and support program requirements. QC checker in the copy approval system (VeevaVault). Coordinate mail fulfillment projects (ordering, shipping and facilitating). Coordinate samples and ship to upcoming tradeshows and trainings (tracking and unpacking). Cleaning and organizing files and closets. Maintain and clean up literature database (SFDC). Add materials to literature management system (My BD Library)
