Miller Chicago is hiring an assistant property manager / maintenance coordinator to help oversee its Chicagoland Real Estate Portfolio.

Past experience in maintenance, property management, logistics, and / or vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance & capital improvements
• Troubleshoot maintenance requests
• Coordinate bill pay & accounts receivable
• Walk through bidding processes & field bids from vendors
• Oversee service contracts
• Coordinate weekly updates & reports to property owners

Requirements:

• Own your own laptop (PC preferred) and smart phone
• Reliable transportation (your own car)
• Problem solver / quick thinker
• Possess experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Bonus Qualifications:

• An active Illinois Real Estate License
• Quickbooks experience
• Buildium or other property management software experience

Compensation:

• Starting hourly pay based on experience
• Set your own hours, part or full time
• Opportunities for leasing / sales commission also available, if licensed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
