Miller, Kistler & Campbell is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist/Legal Assistant Near State College, PA
Miller, Kistler & Campbell is searching for a dynamic person to serve as our Front Desk Receptionist/Legal Assistant at our State College office.
The successful candidate will:
- Be highly skilled at Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Have very strong keyboarding skills
- Be personable - this person answers the phones and greets clients
- Be very good with numbers - this person is responsible for handling financial transactions and records.
- Be very organized, detail-oriented, and an independent worker
Job duties:
- Answer phones and direct phone calls as appropriate
- Handle conference room reservations
- Prepare deeds and other legal documents, as directed
- Write checks and balance various bank accounts
- Be the face of the firm for incoming clients
- Additional duties, as directed
Additional information:
- This position is full-time, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of major holidays
- Training available for the right candidate
- Opportunities for advancement
- Experience with estate administration or real estate law a plus
