Summary

Exciting investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a few Executives and the team. Provide support to the Executives with heavy phone coverage, heavy calendar management, heavy travel and expenses, report compilation, data management and handle ad hoc projects as needed. Also provide the team with support in travel and expenses plus calendar management. Coordinate investor events and attend the events to ensure they run smoothly (will require some travel a handful of times each year).

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5 or more years of administrative support experience, financial services industry preferred. Must have strong technical skills, especially with Excel, and an ability to learn new systems. Must have supported a team and worked effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, team player, and great at taking initiative are required.

Compensation: $80-95K plus Paid OT & Bonus & Fully Paid for Benefits
